our Story
On Location was created to make busy people and families lives easier by coming to them when they need testing but are unable to make it to a laboratory. We specialize in almost every type of specimen collection and processing including kit testing for specific laboratories. On Location employs only the most experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Our phlebotomists are licensed and certified by national and state regulators. Based in Sarasota, FL we serve the Greater Sarasota and Manatee counties.

"It is my personal goal to improve the lives of those who want my service and in the future to provide a service to those who cannot afford it." Cody attended school at SCTI and graduated at the top of his class. After graduation he was placed at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and worked there for 5 years. He was then was offered a position at Atherotech Diagnostics to help open a lab for them, which he worked at for 3 years before they closed. He opened On Location Blood Draw Services in 2016. |

What is ON LOCATION BLOOD DRAW SERVICES?
On Location Blood Draw Services is a fully concierge private pay mobile blood drawing and I.V. infusion service that comes to your home, business, school, or where ever you are located.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Scheduled services hours are by determined at the time of booking an appointment. (Yes! We now have weekend hours!)
How quickly am I able to schedule an appointment for my blood draw?
In most cases we can schedule a patient the day before. If there is extensive testing an appointment time may need to be set up in order to get the specific supplies for those tests.
Is my information kept private?
Every employee with On Location is trained under HIPAA law and we also encrypt your files and faxes so they are secure and are only accessible by authorized health care professionals.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes! All of our technicians are required to have liability and malpractice insurance as well as proof of state certification and national certification recognized by the state of Florida.
Does ON LOCATION BLOOD DRAW SERVICES perform testing on specimens?
NO. On Location is a service that comes to your location to collect specimens and process and prepare the samples up to the point of testing them. We will then drop off your specimen at you or your insurances preferred lab for testing like Quest or Labcorp.
What method of payment do you accept?
On Location currently accepts cash, checks, and any type of Debit/Credit/Health savings cards.
How do you bill my insurance company?
On Location is a private pay concierge company that does not accept insurance at this time. We do however submit a copy of your I.D. and insurance to the lab performing the testing in order for your insurance to cover the costs of the tests.
What if I need to fast?
Most fasting tests require you to go 8 to 12 hours with out food or drink. THIS NORMALLY DOES NOT INCLUDE WATER. So we encourage you to drink as much water as you can prior to having your blood drawn. If you are unsure we will inform you of the requirements when we schedule your appointment.
Are you able to draw on children?
YES! On Location technicians are nationally certified and trained in doing pediatric draws. Perfect for the new mother or father who doesn’t have a spare moment!
